Gene Boatman
Service Manager
Meet Gene! He's a Pest Control Technician from Centralia and has been in the industry since 2017. He is a certified PCO general and structural technician with wood-destroying organism endorsement and is happy to be a part of the PCI team. He enjoys helping people solve their pest problems, and PCI gives him the freedom to present his findings to each customer without resorting to high pressure or scare tactics in an attempt to boost sales. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, fishing, watching combat sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Karrie Lortie
Office Manager
I am one of PCI’s newest Office Managers. I am responsible for managing our customer accounts, scheduling technicians, and handling customer correspondence. My favorite part about my position is getting to work one on one with our customers every day! When I am not at work I love to spend time out on the lake, work in my yard, and spending time with my family.
Rachael Horsley
Account Manager
I am one of PCI’s Account Managers. I love the team atmosphere at PCI, and that I am always supported and encouraged to reach my goals. What I enjoy most about my job is building positive relations in the community and making my customer’s lives easier by solving their difficult pest issues. When I am not at work, I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, and arts and crafts.

Pest Control Technician
I am a Pest Control Technician, here to help you prevent all pest and rodent issues. My favorite thing about working at PCI Pest Control is helping my customers with whatever problem they may have. In my downtime, I love to spend time with my family and play music. Ask me about my band next time I service your house!
Casey Thompson
Sales Supervisor
I am an Exclusion Technician, in charge of closing pest entry points with minor construction techniques. My favorite part about working for PCI Pest Control is the trust they instill in me to get my job done–I love feeling valued and trusted! On my off days, you can find me dirt biking.
Michael Kooi
Pest Inspector
I was born and raised in Olympia, WA. I have been in the industry for over 20 years as a licensed applicator and inspector. What I love most about working with PCI is the great teamwork; it’s good to have people to count on! When I'm not working you can find me getting R&R with friends and family.
